Prices do not include shipping or communication costs, nor installation or complementary services, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
The shipping costs will be calculated at the moment of saving the basket or quotation, since they are calculated according to the weight of the products and the delivery address.

FORMS OF PAYMENT, CHARGES AND DISCOUNTS
The PROVIDER makes possible the following ways to make the payment of an order:
Stripe debit / credit card
Bank transfer
Cryptocurrency
Debit / credit card
While placing the order the USER can select the option of payment by debit / credit card. The USER will be automatically redirected to the STRIPE payment gateway, where he/she will have to enter his/her card details. The PROVIDER will not receive or have access to the card details at any time. Cards will be accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB).
In most cases, and for security reasons, the bank will send the USER a code to the cell phone to confirm the payment. The PROVIDER will receive the order already paid and the USER will not have to make any additional arrangements.
Bank transfer
The USER can select the option of payment by bank transfer. The USER must confirm the order before making the transfer. The USER will immediately receive an email with his/her order number and the instructions to follow to make the payment.
To make the transfer, the USER must take into account the following:
Amount to be transferred: it must coincide exactly with the total amount of the order.
Concept: the USER must indicate the order number so that the PROVIDER can easily identify the payment.

The order will be shipped as soon as the PROVIDER receives the payment. The USER must take into account that transfers from different entities may take up to two working days to be received (excluding weekends and holidays).
