Wai Kru offers high quality products, tested and proven. Even so, unforeseen events or reasons may arise for which the buyer decides to change it or return it, check your order as soon as you receive it to see that everything is correct.
You can try on the product quietly to see if it fits you well, but do not remove the labels or allow it to catch odors or stains, because in that case we could not accept the return, it is essential to keep the original packaging.
You have a period of 15 working days from the date of delivery of the order to return or exchange it.
If the product received is different from the one chosen or has any damage, Wai Kru will be responsible for the collection and shipment of the new product.

The first exchange is free and from the second the cost of 10 ¤ in the Iberian peninsula and 15 euros for the island area (Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and 18 ¤ to the rest of Europe or if you prefer to send it on your own we will give you an address where to send the package.
If you want a return it will have a cost of 10 ¤ in Iberian peninsula and 15 ¤ for the insular zone (Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and 18 ¤ to the rest of Europe ,after receiving the product , we will refund you the corresponding amount.
Exceptions: Intimate garments can not be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Wai Kru will not accept any return that has not been pre-notified by the customer and expressly accepted by us.
